Step 1: Moist Apple Loaf
This is so quick you can finish it it 30 min
11/2 Cups Flour
1 level teaspoon spices
1 level teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 cup sugar
3 large Apples peeled and grated
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 eggs lightly beaten.
First...grease your loaf tin and switch on your oven and let it heat..when you deal with bicarbonate soda you shouldn't tarry once your mixture is done..if you do...you loaf will fall flat!
Sift flour with bicabonate soda and spices 3 times so the soda and spices will be evenly distributed.
Add the sugar and mix ..
then add the rest of the ingreadiants and mix will...you can use a wooden spoon or beater...it's the same :-)
Now pour into your greesed tin and Bake ...bake till your skewer comes clean..
Now taste it and tell me if you can if it's not the most moist apple loaf you have ever eaten!

In the mean time
B - Peel and coarsely chop the apples, and coarsely chop the walnuts.
In a bowl combine the apples, walnuts, currents, oil, egg, cinnamon, mace, salt , all spices and 1 Cup of flour.Mix well
C - Your 1 hr should be up now...Combine the Fermented mixture with the fruity mixture and mix ...add flour cup by cup until the dough clears
the side of the bowl.
Turn dough in to lightly floured surface and kneed till smooth and springy.
Add 1 tbs at a time while kneading if sticky.
Place dough in a greased tin and then flip it over so that its coated all over
Cover with plastic wrap and leave it at room temperature till it doubles it's size...approximately 1 hour.

I would say bake in 300 degrees...but i have found out each ones oven is different..so bake like you would bake a cake....and check in
