Introduction: Fat USA Pizza
This pizza will blow your minds, with the delicous pizza crust and your favorite toppings. You'll love this pizza at your next family dinner or gathering. In this recipe we used pepperoni, green peppers, and mozzarella cheese that was shredded. The green peppers added a nice soft crunchy flavor to the pizza. The crust was soft and crunchy.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
You will need
•2 1/2 cups of flour
• 2 1/4 tsp (one 0.25 oz. package) instant yeast
•1 1/2 tsp salt
•1 cup of water
•2 tbsp vegetable oil
•1 tbsp of oregano
Step 2: Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, yeast and salt together. Mix it well together. Then combine the oil and the water. Make sure the water is 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit. Then add that to the flour mixture
Step 3: Stir Together Until It Forms Dough
Blend at low speeds until moist. Blend for 3 minutes at medium speeds. Stir in enough flour for the dough to turn soft. Knead on a solid surface for 3-5 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball, put it into a container, and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Cheese and Toppings
Divide the dough into 2 parts and with well floured or greased hands press each piece together in a 12-14 inch pizza pan. Spread 1/4 cup of your favorite shredded cheese over the pizza. Put 3/4 cup of pizza sauce over the pizza. Add any toppings you desire.
Step 5: Cooking
After putting your desired toppings onto your pizza add another layer of your choice of cheese to cover the toppings. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit then bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is a light golden brown. Serve Immediately. Enjoy.
