- 20g dried Vorrei dried Porcini mushrooms
- 1 shallot or small onion
- 1 tablespoon Cenzino organic extra virgin olive oil
- 100ml dry white wine
- Salt, pepper, some chopped parsley
- 190g Pastai Gragnanese Fettuccine
