4 swai fillets (or other white fish), about 6 ounces each
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup shallots, sliced into rings
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons fresh orange juice
12 slices of orange
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
