Pertaining to the heat and air thermostat located on the double walls on double wides or modular homes. The hole behind the thermostat needs to be sealed after wires are attached. Otherwise it is possible to pull a draft through the wiring hole so that the thermostat does not work properly. I found out by high electric bill. I could feel a cool air draft coming from behind the thermostat causing it to not work properly. These walls extend into the attic space with up to a half inch space between them pulling cold and hot air down the wall out the back of the thermostat.
