    Thanks for the video. I wasn't able to get to the store soon so I was able to cut off the "bump", almost like a bubble of air that contained some water. The cut side I put up since it doesn't help with the seal at all. The good side is down now minus the bump which is what was causing the seal to leak. Nice and flat now. Got to just be careful not to cut too much off or damage the seal. Works great and saved a trip to the store and I guess $5 for parts.

    Thanks for the video and instructions. I followed them exactly, nice and simple. However, if the toilet still leaks, what could be the source of my problem?

    the green cap has a few broken off pieces, can I replace the cap too? I can't find this flapper cap in any stores

    i check the price here http://www.champtoilet.com/americanstandard-2034014020-champion4/ and its $388 , though i believe its one of the best one-piece toilet in the market today
