Step 1: Supplies
Supplies you will need
- Two cuts of fabric measuring one yard
Step 2: Lay Your Fabric on Top of Eachother
Lay your two pieces of fabric one on top of the other so the edges line up. If you have a pattern, pick which side you like best and have that face out.
Step 3: Measure the Corners
Measure out a 4 inch by 4 inch square along the edge of the fabric
Step 4: Cut Out the Corner Square
Cut along the square you measured in the previous step.
Step 5: Cutting the Strips
Take your ruler and cut a one inch by 4 inch strip of fabric on each edge of the square.
Step 6: Tying Knots
Take your strips in your hand (One of each fabric) and tie a knot.
Step 7: Complete Steps 4-6 for Each Corner
Step 8: Continue Step 6 Down the Length of the Fabric for Each Side
Step 9: Stretch the Edges
Grasp each corner in your hands and stretch the edges. This allows for the knots to tighten and your blanket to be it's full size.
