-These mini egg plant pizzas are gluten free,vegan and are very cute,healthy too.
-We are using this mini egg plants as crust and you can top it with your favourite toppings and are very yummy.
-1 egg plant sliced in to half inch rounds.
Step 1: Procedure:
-Sprinkle sea salt on egg plant rounds.
-Coat with oil on both sides and bake at 200 degrees centigrade for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2: Add Toppings:
- Remove from oven and apply pizza sauce,your favourite toppings.(spinat/mushrooms/capsicum)
Step 3: Add Spices:
-Add your favourite spices and herbs.I used chilli flakes,green chillies,red chilli powder and sea salt.
Step 4: Rebake
- Add grated cheese and rebake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Enjoy when it is warm.
