Introduction: Foam Kunai

Today I will show you how to make this foam Kunai. It is soft but sturdy.

You will need:

-EVA foam

-PVA glue


-Foam tip brush

Step 1: The Shape

First you will need to cut a shape like this into your EVA foam.

Then cut a hole into the bottom of the Kunai.

Step 2: Dremel

Next you will need to dremel the sides of the blade and handle so they appear sharp.

Step 3: Glue

Next you will need to apply PVA glue to the Kunai by a foam tip brush. Then leave for about 45 minutes.

Step 4: When This Is Finished....

Scrape of left over glue. You can also paint it.

    I love the idea but were would I find the eva foam thick enough for this?

    I just get mine from my local DIY store. Mine is Bunnings and they sell them as floor mats. You can also get this from a cheap store.
