Introduction: Free(!) S'more Pops

About: ...after 30 years of becoming corporately numb, my dreams of not working (for pay) and instead creating with my hands has become a reality. Life is grand!

In my opinion Bakerella's cake pop are creative and beautiful (and WAAAAY TOOOO MUCH WORK!!!)

Generally the dessert table is off limits for those who suffer wheat, milk, and peanut allergies.  So, why not create a pop that is Wheat FREE, Dairy FREE and Peanut FREE with VERY LITTTTTTLE WORK?

Step 1: Round Up Ingredients

Those with food allergies take their ingrediants seriously and while I do not endorse specific products, the following are all that this dessert requires and are confirmed to be free of wheat, dairy and peanuts....

Kraft Marshmallows
Duncan Hines Chocolate Frosting
Kinnikinnick Graham Style Crumbs
Lollipop Sticks (or long tooth picks)

Microwave Oven
Small Bowl
Plate
Serving Tray

Step 2: Mooove on Out Bakerella

Leave the time consuming tasks to Bakerella and instead follow these easy steps to please your allergy buds

  1. Skewer the marshmallows.
  2. In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate frosting until melted, apx 10-15 seconds
  3. While frosting is warm roll the skewered marshmallow into the chocolate and then on to the plate of crumbs
  4. Place on serving tray
  5. Eat away!
Other than fruit, I can't imagine a dessert for allergy sufferers that is any easier than this!
