    what the method? Casters sugar is icing sugar right?

    Hi! caster sugar is similar to granulated sugar but much finer. You can substitute regular granulated sugar for the caster sugar. I'm from the UK and caster sugar is pretty common here however I understand it may not be available in other regions. Hope this helps.
