Broccoli is a very good source of dietary fiber, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin E, manganese,phosphorus, choline, vitamin B1, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), potassium and copper. Broccoli is also a good source of vitamin B1,magnesium, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, zinc,calcium, iron, niacin and selenium.

Step 1: Cooking

Take water in a pan. Water should be little more to cover the broccoli.

Put broccoli in it. Add 1/2 of salt. Cover the pan. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.

Now take the broccoli out and drain out the water carefully. Let the broccoli cool down.

Take broccoli in a bowl. Add lemon jucie, Madia(Refined flour), Corn flour, Baking powder, remaining salt, Garam masala and Red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. (Mixing with hands will be better)

Heat oil for frying in a wok and let the oil heat. Once the oil is heated slowly add broccoli. Fry broccoli till they start turning brown. Take them out carefully leaving the oil behind. (If required use paper towel to remove extra oil)

Transfer it to the serving plate and enjoy it hot with Tomato sauce, chilli sauce or homemade chutney.
