Frozen Yogurt




 Frozen Yogurt

  • 2 bananas ( or other fruit )
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunk ( or other fruit )
  • 1 cup of hulled and chopped strawberries (or other fruit )
  • 1 cup of greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey


Put all ingredients in food processor and mix it until smooth. Scrape into a shallow container and freeze, stirring every 30 min to incorporate some air, for 3 hours or until firm, or put in to an ice cream maker and process. Place in freezer until firm enough to scoop. Scoop frozen yogurt into cones or cup and serve. Healthy ice cream with lot of fruit, Yummmi.
