This is an energy boosting drink great for mornings or any time you need a little energy.
Step 1: What You Need
a couple glasses
1 cup almond milk or soy milk or milk or any other kind of milk that you might drink
half a tray of ice
1 cup coconut milk
Mix 1 Tbs of cocoa and 2 Tbs sugar together and add enough boiling water to make a syrup. Set this aside for later.
Put 2 Tbs of ground coffee in a mug and fill the mug 3/4 of the way with boiling water. Let sit and until later.
If you have access to a cafe you can also use 2 or more shots of espresso in this drink instead of the coffee.
Step 3: Mixing Time
Pour the almond milk in the blender, add the chopped up bananas, chocolate syrup you made in the last step, the cup of coffee with grinds of the espresso from last step, the half tray of ice, and the coconut milk. Blend until smooth, taste test along the way to make sure it taste right for you.
