Are you a chocolate fanatic and want to show the world? Well, you can do just that with this silly hat! You don't even have to spend much money making it, it's made with common household items!

Supplies

Tape
Aluminum foil
Paper bowl
Plastic punch-cup
Headband
Knife or scissors

Step 1: Draw Lines for the Headband Holes

Draw two small lines spaced about an inch apart near the middle of the bowl.

Step 2: Cut the Holes

On the two lines that were drawn in the last step, cut two holes in the bowl. Stick the headband through the holes.

Step 3: Tape the Cup to the Bowl

Place the punch cup upside down on the bottom of the bowl and secure it with tape.

Step 4: Cut a Piece of Foil

Cut a piece of aluminum foil that is tall enough to reach over the top of the cup.

Step 5: Tape the Top of the Foil

Wrap the aluminum foil around the ridge of the bowl. Take loops of tape (2nd pic) and place it underneath the top of the aluminum foil to secure it to the cup on all sides. Press it against the cup so that it's flat.

Step 6: Tape the Ends of the Foil

Place tape on the ends of the aluminum foil so that the foil is neatly curled underneath the bowl.

Step 7: Cut and Place the Second Layer of Foil

Cut a piece of aluminum foil that is the same size as the first piece cut. Wrap its ends underneath the bowl.

Step 8: Tape the Foil on to the Bowl

Tape the end pieces of the aluminum foil to the inside of the bowl. Also, tape the top of the aluminum foil above the cup.

Step 9: Cut and Wrap the Third Layer of Foil

Cut another piece of aluminum foil, the same size as the others, and wrap it around the bottom of the bowl. Tape the ends of the foil to the inside of the bowl, and the top of the aluminum foil to the top of the cup. If you want the shape of the aluminum foil to look like a "Hershey Kiss", take a marker and gently push it against the bottom of the tin foil. It should have a round bulge at the bottom.

Step 10: Cut a Larger Piece of Foil

Cut another piece of aluminum foil the same size as the others. This time, tape it in the other direction so that the top sticks farther above the cup than the other pieces of aluminum foil. Wrap the ends around the bowl and tape it to the inside.

Step 11: Create the Hershey Kiss Tag

Take a piece of paper and mark a line down the paper so that it's a skinny strip. Cut the marked line.

Step 12: Mark the Hershey Kiss Tag

On the small strip that was just cut out, write "Hershey Kiss" as many times possible. Stick it on the top of the aluminum foil covered cup, and wrap the taller piece of aluminum foil around the paper strip. Bend the foil wrapped around the paper strip down onto the top of the cup and tape it.
