This is a quick and easy way to make cute little gift boxes. They are perfect for the holidays or any special occasion! You can put little gifts in them or use them as treat bags. You can make them as big or small as you like.

Step 1: Materials

The materials you need to make this are:
•paper (the size doesn't matter, I used regular construction paper)
•tape
•hole puncher
•scissors
•marker or something to decorate with
•bone folder (I used a ruler because I don't have a bone folder)
•ribbon or embroidery thread

Step 2: Tape Sides

Now you will fold the paper in have. Next you tape the long end. Pick one of the small ends to tape.

Step 3: Folding

Fold the smaller taped side. This is the time to use the bone folder or ruler. Score the ends on both sides extra hard with them. Then fold long ends ( left and right).

Step 4: Decorate

If you want to decorate, this is the time. You can decorate it any way you want to. You can use stickers, markers, color pencils, pictures, etc. I'm just making mine very simple.

Step 5: Shaping

Put your hand in the bag. Flatten the bottom. Lastly, tape the bottom. Now the bag can stay upright.

Step 6: Last Decision

In this step you can make this like traditional gift bags or fold and close the top. For the traditional bag, you need to punch two holes and put the string in the holes. For the closed top, you need to fold it back. Take some ribbon or embroidery thread and put it through the holes.
