Step 1:

Grate 1 tsp of fresh ginger on the grater.

Mash 1 tsp of honey with the ginger.

Eat the ginger/honey infusion.

If this is too strong for your palette, suck out the juices and then spit out the remaining fiber.

*A tea can be made as well with the same ingredients, but the healing properties will be diluted)

    I like to slice the ginger root into smaller chunks, then run it through the juicer. Or in a pinch, I've also cracked open a ginger capsule (I keep them on hand for travel/motion sickness) and mix that into hot tea.

    I make hot tea, add candied ginger and fresh honey. Cures sore stomach, head aches, coughs, etc...
