1 botle of red wine

Cut the orange into 4 wedges,
push a clove into each wedge

Do the dark rum in a shot glass

Break the cinnamon stick in half, put it together with the star anise in the ketle

add the pieces of orange with the red wine in the ketle.
add the sugar and the honey with it
make it warm to about 70 degrees Celsius
