Step 1: Knead Dough

take wheat flour and add salt and oil to it. then add water and make dough. don't make very hard or too soft dough.
make small balls of the dough.

Step 2: Make Stuffing

grate the cauliflower.
make chilli, garlic paste.
add chilli garlic paste, cumin and coriander powder, salt and coriander leaves to cauliflower.
mix well.
and make small balls of stuffing. making balls is slightly difficult, as mixture leaves some water, which u can throw away by squeezing.

Step 3: Make Flat Bread

roll the dough balls in flour and roll them slightly.
then fill stuffing in it and close it.
again roll that stuffed ball into flour and roll it.
rolling it is very difficult and messy work, as stuffing tend to come out.
don't worry even if it comes out slightly. use good amount of flour to roll bread.
then on hot flat pan roast the flat bread. use oil or butter to roast it. oil is needed as we have used lots of flour for rolling bread. roast until good golden brown color comes on paratha.
enjoy your paratha with curd, ketchup, pickle, chutney or just like that..
