Going Nutz for Bananas

Step 1:

Gather 2 large ripe bananas, 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1/4 cup salted roasted peanuts.

Step 2:

2 large ripe bananas.

Step 3:

peel the bananas.

Step 4:

Break the bananas into chunks.

Step 5:

Puree the bananas in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 6:

Unsweetened cocoa powder.

Step 8:

1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Step 9:

Add to the food processor.

Step 10:

Heavy cream

Step 11:

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the food processor

Step 12:

Maple syrup

Step 13:

Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the food processor.

Step 14:

Puree together

Step 15:

It should look like this

Step 16:

Get 4 small dixie cups

Step 17:

Spoon the banana mixture into the cups

Step 18:

Break pretzels in half to use as sticks

Step 19:

Add the pretzels

Step 20:

Step 21:

Place them into the freezer for 8 hours or overnight

Step 22:

Take them out of the freezer

Step 23:

Finely chop the peanuts

Step 24:

Roll them in the peanuts

Step 25:

Heavy cream- water, fat, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium

Peanuts- protein, carbohydrates, fats, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium

Pretzels- protein, carbohydrates, sodium, potassium, and phosphorus
