Besan ka halwa is a sweet dish and it is gluten free. It is so tasty and very easy to make.
Step 1: INGREDIENTS:
Gram flour: 2 cup
Sugar: 1 cup [crushed]
Oil: 1 cup
Water: 1 cup
Nuts for decoration
Step 2: Heating Oil:
Heat oil in a pan for 2 to 3 min on medium flame .
Step 3: Adding Gram Flour:
Add gram flour and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes on low to medium flame until it turns dark in color.
Step 4: Adding Sugar:
Add crushed sugar in it and wait until it get mixed on low flame.
Step 5: Adding Water:
Add water in it and cook it for more 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
Step 6: Finalizing:
Take out in a serving dish and add nuts on it and now it is ready to eat.
