Make the most of your BBQ meal with this delicious grilled harvest vegetables!
They are perfect as side for your favorite BBQ meat recipes. The mixture is perfect (zucchinni, eggplant, peppers, onion, asparagus) and will make your meal rich in flavor and very healthy!

Step 1: Ingredients
For 10-12 portions:
- 4 zucchini
- 5 peppers (red, yellow, orange and green)
- 2 eggplant
- 2 red onions
- 1/2 kg asparagus
Step 2: Wash Vegetables, Cut
Slice onions into wedges; halve eggplant and zucchini lengthways. Circle slice peppers.
Step 3: Season Vegetables
Add 2 spoons of olive oil, one spoon of sea salt and one spoon of seasoning (garlic and onion tastes great in harvest veggies)
Step 4: Grill Veggies
Put vegetables in the grill. Way until they look cooked. Be careful not to overcook or they will turn super soft.
Step 5: Enjoy
