Grilled Pompano

About: I am a wife and mother devoted to caring for my family. I experiment with foods in an effort to provide healthy options for my family. With that said, I grew up in the kitchen of my parents fastfood hamburge...

Pompano is a delicious mild flavored fish with a creamy texture firm enough to grill whole.

Ingredients:
Olive Oil
McCormick Mediterranean Spiced Sea Salt
Fresh Basil
Fresh Oregano
1 Lemon sliced

Once the pompano has been cleaned, using your hands, cover the entire surface of both sides with Olive Oil. Sprinkle the outside and inside with Sea Salt. Stuff with Basil, Oregano and Lemon slices. Grill until skin is crispy on both sides. The pompano pictured above was quite large and I grilled it for about 4 min on each side.

Grilled Pompano pairs well with my recipes for Mint Yogurt and Quinoa found on Cooking With Juicing Solids.
