Today I am presenting my simple grilled Ribeye recipe. I usually make this in a cast iron skillet because we live in Seattle and don't get to BBQ much. Let me first say that I love a good steak. Especially Ribeye!!!
What you need:
2 Ribeye steaks
salt & pepper
Cast iron Skillet
and a spoon.
Rub the steaks with olive oil ,and season with salt and pepper. Use a little more than usual.
Cook steaks 4-6 minutes on each side. (I usually do 4 minutes)
When grilling the second side put your cast iron skillet on the grill and melt butter in it.
When butter is melted add the tarragon. Move steaks from grill to skillet and spoon butter and tarragon on each side for 30 seconds. Remove steaks and let them rest for 5-10 minutes. ( I usually do 10). then
Slice and serve.
