Ground Meat Pizza Ring With Salami, Cheddar, Olives & Sundried Tomatoes Recipe

1 portion pizza dough

500g ground meat

150ml tomatoe sauce

150g cheddar cheese

100g sundried tomatoes

100g olives

4 spring onions

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1,5 teaspoons paprika


Step 1: The Filling

Cut the spring onions, the sundried tomatoes & the olives in pieces. Fry the meat with a bit oil in a hot pan and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. When the meat looks good, add the spring onions, the olives & the sundried tomatoes. Stir a few minutes. Now add the tomatoe sauce and let it simmer a few minutes.

Step 2: Preparation

Roll out the pizza dough and cut a star in the middle. Place a ring out of the filling on the dough and lay salami slices on it. Cut the cheddar in strings and lay a few on it. Now wrap the dough around the filling and place a few cheddar stripes on top.

Step 3: Finish

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
