This Gulab Jamun Recipe is utterly delicious. The recipe calls for dry milk powder, little semolina, all purpose flour, egg, oil and sugar. The method is very easy, you can make them taste worthy without any problem.

Step 1: How to Make Gulab Jamun
1 cup dry milk powder
1 Tsp semolina
1 large egg
1 Tsp of oil
1/4 tsp of baking powder (oil for frying)
Oil for deep fry
For Sugar Syrup
1 cup suger
2 cups water
3-4 crushed cardamoms
Step 2: For Sugar Syrup
Mix together water, sugar and crushed cardamoms.
Boil the syrup until it turns slghtly sticky.
Remove from heat and keep aside.
Step 3: Method
Mix together milk powder, suji, oil, baking powder and egg. Make a sticky dough.
Step 4: Make Small Balls
Make small balls out of the dough.
Step 5: Fry the Balls
Heat oil in a wok and deep fry balls.
Make sure the oil is not very hot else the gulab jamuns will brown without cooking well.
Fry the balls until golden stirring uniformly.
Step 6: Add in Syrup
Add fried Gulab Jamun Immedietly in sugar syrup.
