Over the course of ones lifetime they will be confronted by many situations where stuffed pancake balls are a necessary component to survival. These instructions have been passed down through the ages from the most noble shammans. We hope this recipe is most useful to you in your bodacious endeavor.
Step 1: STEP 1 -THE INGREDIENTS!!!
You will need:
1 non-stick 7 well pancake ball pan
1 pair of chopsticks
1 stick of butter - half melted - half for greasing pan
2 cups of flour
1 and 1/2 cups of whole milk
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
4 eggs - seperated - yolks lightly beaten - whites wisked to soft peaks
Your choice of filling - we used blueberry jelly
MAKES 6 PANS - 42 PANCAKE BALLS
Step 2: STEP 2-MIXY MIXY
Mix all ingredients with wooden spoon excluding blueberry jelly, egg whites, and melted butter. Mix all ingredients until well combined, then pour in melted butter and proceed to fold in egg whites (make sure to fold lightly to prevent egg whites from collapsing, resulting in bad consistency).
Step 3: STEP 3-THA PREP
Grease pan with butter and preheat on medium low.
Step 4: STEP 4
Once butter is bubbling add 1 tbsp of butter
Let batter set for a couple of seconds then add 1/2 tbsp of filling
Cover filling with 1 more tbsp of batter
Step 5: STEP 5
Pull out your chopsticks
Press one chopstick on the far side of the well to check if golden brown
If golden brown, apply more pressure on first chopstick amd use second to pull pancake over and flip
Step 6: STEP 6-BLUEBERRY YUM YUM TIME
After flip, wait a few seconds so opposite side can cook
Once fully cooked, scoop balls out on to plate to cool and enjoy!!!!!!
