Some things seem very complicated only because of how we see them. We’ve met a lot of people who love seeing their beautiful TVs on the wall at that ideal angle but are scared of mounting their TVs by using an interactive TV wall mount. The good news is, after following our instructions they give us very heartwarming feed backs; they are all proud of joining the league of TV wall mounting professionals. You too can do be one by following these simple steps.
FIRST AND FOREMOST: Before we begin there are essential utensils you most posses before commencing the task:
- A pencil
- A Screw driver
- A measuring tape ; and
- A drill machine
When all these are set we are good to go.

Step 1: INSTALL INTERACTIVE TV MOUNT ON WALL
There are two alternatives here.
The first pertains to solid concrete walls;
Firstly hold the mount against the wall (or use an installation paper instead)and make five marks where you will insert the screws.
Secondly, drill five holes into the wall where you made the marks. The diameter of the drill should be 10mm; the depth of the holes drilled should be 60mm.
Thirdly, install the screw anchors into the wall. Then secure the mount to the wall using screws with washers.
The second goes for mounting interactive TV mounts, LOCKET MODEL S1 on wood studs;
Firstly, identify where the studs in the wall are, then hold the mount against the wall and make three marks on the studs where you will insert the screws Secondly, drill three holes into the wall where you made the marks. The diameter in this case is 5mm and the depth of the holes drilled should be 60mm Thirdly, secure the mount to the wall using screws with washers.
Step 2: PLACING PLASTIC COVER ON WALL PLATE
There is provision of plastic covers, to cover the screwed spots of the TV wall mount, Loctek Model S1 looking sleek.
Step 3: ATTACH MOUNTING PLATES TO TV
By using the necessary amount of screws attach brackets to the back of the screen. They will be used in attaching to the wall plate.
Step 4: ATTACH TV PLATE ON WALL PLATE
At this stage, before attaching the TV plate to the wall plate, tighten the top screw nut in case the TV would slide off during installation.
Thereafter, tighten or loosen the screw nuts on the head of the wall plate to adjust the tilting function. Tighten or loosen the screw nuts on the head of the wall plate to keep it at the same level.
Step 5: HANG TV ONTO WALL PLATE
After attaching the TV plate, the wall plate becomes complete and ready for the TV to be attached. By using screws, continue by screwing the TV to the wall plate.
Step 6: ADJUST TV’S HEIGHT
After installing there is need to adjust the TV’s Height. While adjusting, if the TV cannot stop at any height, use the supplied 5x5 allen key to adjust the screw on the arm. This will enable the TV and mount’s weight equal, and it can stop at any height.
Adjust the screw in the negative direction when the TV is up and positive direction when the TV is down, to adjust the TV with supplied 5x5 allen key.
Step 7: CABLE MANAGEMENT
Use the cable management cover to clip to the mount, after cable has been neatly managed to fit in.
You now have your TV on an interactive TV wall mount, Locket model S1.
