1000g minced meat
300g feta cheese
200g bacon stripes
salt, pepper & greek spice mix

Step 1: Preparation
Scatter salt, pepper & greek spice mix to the meat and stir it together.Place bacon stripes in the spring form and place the half of the meat. Crumble feta cheese over it and place the rest of the meat. Cut the onions in rings and lay them on top. Now wrap the bacon stripes around the filling and fix them with toothpicks.
Step 2: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes. Remove the toothpicks. Grab a piece and enjoy.
