Headless Halloween

My daughter and her dad created this costume after she had

saw an advertisement for a tv show. She is 7 and came up with most of the ideas on how to create the costume herself. It needed to be light weight because she is not very big and she would have to carry it around for trick or treating.

first we found some foam board that we had around the house and she shaved the shoulders so they were round. Her dad then took dowel rods and attached them in between the two foam boards, she was able to hold onto the rods and made it looked like the top part of her body could move.
