This avocado chocolate cream recipe is a super healthy option for dessert lovers, fitness enthusiasts or vegetarians/vegans.
Chop dates. Cut avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop out the flesh and place in the blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients: cocoa powder, dates, coconut milk (almond milk), brown sugar, vanilla extract and sea salt. Blend well until it’s smooth and creamy. Serve cold. Holds well in the refrigerator up to 24 h.
