I work from home as a free Health and Fitness Coach. I'm always trying out new healthy snacks for my Fitness Challenge Groups and usually come evening time I'm always looking for a sweet treat after eating clean all day. So the other night I decided that this sounded really good. It is so easy to make too!!! Which is always great when you have energetic boys to keep up with, and my picky eater son even gave it a try, and he hasn't eaten a banana since he was a baby!!!!!! All you need is a banana, peanuts, Nutella, and peanut butter. Step 1: Cut Banana
First peel the banana and cut it in half. Then cut it down the length side. Then spread peanut butter on top of the inside and place the sides back together. Like a banana sandwich.
Step 2: Peanut Prep
I used mixed nuts and picked out the peanuts but you can do whatever you like. I took a rolling pin and crushed up the peanuts.
Step 3: Nutella Time
I took Nutella and spread it over the top of the banana. Be careful during this step or you might wind up getting it all over your fingers and licking them :)
Step 4: Finishing Touches
After the Nutella is in place then sprinkle the crushed nuts over the top and enjoy. You could even try freezing it and making a yummy pop sickle.
