Healthy Chicken Salad in Less Than 20 Minutes

Always wonder what's for dinner? Especially after working 8 hours and commuting for over an hour one way and NOT crazy about left overs....

Well, here's something simple, easy and can be done in 4 easy steps, in less than 20 minutes. Plus it has protein, superfoods, antioxidants, and tastes amazing. Check me out!

Step 1: Just 3 Simple Ingredients

1 lb of chicken breast

1 bag of salad mix of your choice. (I chose Sweet Kale because it's high in antioxidants, super foods and the dressing tastes like coleslaw!)

1 packet of Chicken Taco Skillet Sauce

Step 2: Preparing the Chicken

1. Add 1 Tbsp of oil in the skillet

2. Place sliced chicken into the skillet.

3. Cook 3/4 quarters of the chicken breast then add Taco Skillet Sauce for the remaining cook time.

4. Place cooked chicken onto a dish.

Step 3: Preparing the Salad

While the chicken is being cooked prepare the salad mix by opening the packaging and placing the mix into a bowl, adding the toppings and the dressing, then mix well.

Step 4: Bon Appetite!

Place salad mix onto a plate and add chicken. Healthy dinner done in less than 20 minutes!
