Introduction: Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
2 cups oat flour
½ cup whipped butter
½ cup sugar
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
¼ cup almond milk (regular milk can be used)
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Recipe Directions: In a large bowl add oat flour, sugar, salt and mix until combine. Slowly add vanilla extract, honey butter, and milk; mix with hands until all the flour is combined. Roll dough into medium size balls and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
