Step 1: Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon yeast
Step 2: Kneading Ingredients
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 3: The Filing
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 tablespoon coffee powder
Step 4: The Dough
Take a bowl add warm milk, melted butter, sugar, yeast and mix it well and keep aside 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5: Kneading the Dough.
Then add wheat flour in a bowl mix it well until a soft dough forms and Place in well-greased bowl, cover and let it rise until doubled in size, keep it for 1 hour.
Step 6: Again Knead
When doubled in size add flour, baking powder, salt and knead the dough 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 7: For Filing
Mix butter, suger and coffee powder.
Step 8: Rolling
Roll the dough 1/2 inch thick and spread sugar, butter, coffee filling. Roll it so that there is no air in it.
Step 9: Greased the Pan
With the help of thread cut it in small portion and place in greased baking pan and cover with cloth and keep it some warm place for about 30 minutes.
Step 10: Bake
Preheat oven 180c and place baking pan in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 11: Serve.
Serve these healthy teasty coffee roll.
