Introduction: Healthy Raspberry Energy Bars

Our purpose is to help people make healthy nutritious bars with no artificial sugar. Instead of processed sugar we use Vermont homemade maple syrup and homemade strawberry jam in our bars but we get that some people have access to those certain things so instead of Vermont maple syrup you use store bought maple syrup or just plain sugar and instead of the homemade jam you can get store bought.
