Introduction: Peanut Butter Cupcakes With White Chocolate Ganache Frosting
1 box golden cake mix
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup sour cream
4 egg whites
1 1/3 cups water
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix dry ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into cupcake tins and bake at 325 for 13 minutes or until done.
White Ganache Frosting
1 package white chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Heat the cream until it just starts to boil. Add the white chocolate and butter mix until well blended and thick enough to frost. Dip each cupcake into the ganache and let cool .
