Herb Cream Cheese Spread Recipe

I love cheese spread, it's my favorite kind of cheese, it's light and delicious, i use it a lot in my salty recipes because of its smooth texture that makes it easy to mix with other ingredients, i enjoy cheese spread on toast for breakfast and i also use it for dipping, so today i'm gonna share with you my herb cheese spread recipe and i hope you like it.

Supplies:

Step 1: Cheese Triangles

Take 5 cheese triangles and put them on the table, bring a medium bowl and remove the cheese foils then put them in the bowl.

Step 2: Mashing the Cheese

Take a fork and start mashing the cheese tringles until they get soft.(when you get them out of the fridge, it's better to let them soften before mashing them).

Step 3: Plain Yogurt

Bring 1 sugar free plain yogurt (110g) and drain the whey (the excess water on top of the yogurt) then pour the yogurt over the mashed cheese using a spoon.

Step 4: Mixing

Take a hand mixer and start mixing the ingredients together until they're well combined.

Step 5: Garlic

Take 1 garlic clove, peel it and wash it with water then put in on a plate.

Step 6: Mashing the Garlic

Take the garlic clove, put it in a garlic press, mash it then put it on the plate and add it to the mixture.

Step 7: Herbs

Take some parsley, chives and cut them into small pieces with a sharp knife then add them to the bowl.

Step 8: Salt and Pepper

Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Step 9: Lemon Juice

Add half teaspoon of lemon juice.

Step 10: Mixing

Bring the hand mixer again and start mixing all the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes.

Step 11: Storing

Bring a glass jar and spoon the cheese spread into it, close it tightly with the lid then put it in the fridge for few hours before use.

Step 12: Done

After 4 hours i took the jar out of the fridge and spread the cheese spread on toast using a knife (it's better to use a cheese spreader), it was creamy and delicious!
