1/2oz fresh yeast

3/4 cup water at room temperature

1 Teaspoon granulated sugar

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon honey

10oz flour

Step 1: Mixing

dissolve yeast in water

then add sugar, olive oil, salt, and honey

Step 2: Kneading Dough

add the flour and knead the dough until the smooth, elastic consistency, about 10 min

Step 3: Rise

place dough in an oiled bowl then cover bowl and put in a place to let dough rise until doubled in volume

Step 4: Topping Pizza

divide dough in half and stretch dough out on floured board

top pizza with whatever besides pineapple

Step 5: Enjoy
