after the unforeseen success of my last instructable i figured i should maybe start doing them more regularly, this ones a little late but i'm gonna try to do them every month at the beginning of the month anyway this ones not as exciting but its still kinda cool i guess

Step 1: Tools, Materials, and Location

i realize this is not an option for a lot of people but for those of us lucky enough to have removable ceiling tiles, well here's what you'l need:

rope
board
PVC
drill and a bit big enough to put the rope through

Step 2: Drill and Hang

go ahead and drill through the floor support beams about 3 inches from the edge, if your worried about compromising the structural integrity of them don't be, standard home construction calls for many of these holes to be made to run wires around as shown in the second picture

Step 3: The Seat

in the center of the board drill either one big hole that the rope can go through twice or tow small holes that it can pass through once, tie a loop in the rope and put a stick of PVC, re-barb, dowel, or any other strong item should work
