-14g dried porcini
-1/4 cup Sea salt
-Pinch of Grated nutmeg

Lemon Rosemary Salt
-1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves
-Sea salt
-2 tbsp Grated lemon rind

Saffron salt
-1/3 cup sea salt

-1/4 cup Sea salt
-Pinch of Grated nutmeg

In clean spice grinder pulse together mushrooms, salt and nutmeg, in2 batches,

-Sea salt
-2 tbsp Grated lemon rind

In clean spice grinder pulse together rosemary, salt & lemon rind Store in container.

-1/3 cup sea salt
-1g saffron threads
