Introduction: Home Made Bluetooth Speaker for 10$

In this instructable I will show how to make a very simple and cheap bluetooth speaker.

Step 1: Required Items

1. Card board box or any plastic box.

2. Glue gun.

3. Tape.

4. TPA3118 bluetooth amplifies brought from aliexpres for 6$.

5.Solder iron and lead.

6.Some wires.

7.Speakers brought from aliexpress for 2$.

8.9v or 12 adapter.

Step 2: Connections

Connections are very simple we can find power input slot and two input for speakers. We need to solder carefully looking gnd and vcc connections. For this bluetooth module we need to give 9v to 12v power supply. You can find detailed explanation in the video below :)

Step 3: Video Guide

    Hi,

    Thanks for this!

Could you share the web links to purchase the board and the speakers ?

    Thank you .

However, in your video, I see you have used 3 different types of speakers (all 3 look different, at least from the mounting flanges)..

Also your link is for 3W speakers... Is this OK ? the amp outputs 30W. If we turn up the volume wouldn't it damage the speakers ?

I ordered three different pairs of speakers from ali express to see which pair sounds better so that i can use best pair for my personal use . and i was testings those speakers in this project so i used 3 different types of speakers.

So connecting the speakers in series reduces the current drawn by them, I guess.

Did you do any power calculations for this ?

Connect the speakers in series minimum 3 speakers or else use high watt speaker i used 3w speaker to make it cheap.

Hi Patrick thanks for the comment i have checked your work its vey nice :)

Nice project! I used a small Pringle tin for mine, but I like yours. - The board you are using is the TPA3118 from your photo. The TPA3110 doesn't appear to have Bluetooth capability.
