This Power supply can charge batteries or just power things. It goes to 25V and 3.5 Amps. It is variable and has an indicator light

    Wht s input voltage? pls attach circuit diagram

    it is a simple PWM. Google "555 PWM" for schematics. however, this won't survive long under a load of the advertised 87 watts. you can give this ability, but you would need to use a FET for switching and add some cooling to it. the 555 would only act as control and not as switch.
