Pour pudding into ramekins or small bowls

At this stage, I added a little mint chip to the center of 2 of ramekins for my eldest daughter who LOVES mint chocolate chip. You could also add a few mint chips into the mixture when adding the chocolate chips to make a whole batch of Mint chocolate chip pudding or substitute the vanilla extract for Mint extract.

Step 9-
Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge for 2-4 hours to cool

Step 10- Enjoy!!!!
Add a little pizzazz to the pudding and decorate it with some fresh homemade whip cream and an edible chocolate wolf (I had made the wolves for a Twilight themed birthday and had extras) Check out my Instructables on how to make them.
