In this Instructable I will tell you whole process of making this homemade electric extension board step by step. It is really very useful electric board. It shows Current Voltage as well as Ampere being consumed at the real time. When voltage exceeds the set limit (usually 250Volt in India) its auto-cut function works effectively. Thus our expensive appliances or gadgets remain safe even if there is an Over Voltage Danger.

Step 1: Prepare a Frame.
First of all you need to decide what type of electric extension switchboard you require. According to that you need to prepare or get prepared a wooden frame. You also may purchase it from market if the available ones meet your requirements.
Step 2: Fit the Switches, Sockets, Holder and Meters.
Now fit all the switches, 5 pin sockets, holders, voltage and/or ampere meters and led indicators etc. with screws firmly.
Step 3: Let's Start the Wiring.

Step 4: Fitting a Transformer and Auto-Cut Circuit.
For its auto-cut functionality you need to install a transformer or an SMPS of 12v 1amp. to supply the power to the circuit. So install the transformer or power supply kit wherever it is comfortable. See the video: Homemade Electric Extension Board With Over Voltage Auto-Cut Function.
Step 5: Select the Relay According to the Load.

Step 6: Make All the Wiring Connections Correctly.

Step 7: The Board Has Been Completed Now.
