Introduction: Homemade Instructables Color Pasta

this Is. a great récipe for your homemade pasta and make More fun with colors

Step 1: Make Your Base Pasta Dough

you need 5 basic ingredients
200g flour
1/2 TBS olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 TSP Salt
1 or 2 TBS water

Step 2: Lets Start Tour Dough

in a bowl mix all ingredients until have a dough and.dont stick un your hands
Begin kneading the dough and keep kneading until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cover with a damp kitchen towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 3: Color Your Dough

Time your color i use dry colorant i make half yellow a ball of red AND the another one black just put your coloring and kneading the dough and keep kneading until it becomes  one color

Step 4: Shape Your Instructables Pasta

On a large floured work area, flatten the yellow dough into a disk. Working from the center at all times, use a rolling pin to flatten the disk out from the center to the outer edge. With each roll, rotate the dough one-quarter turn and flip the dough over once or twice to ensure the dough is not sticking. Roll out the dough to about 1/16″ thick or desired thickness, depending on the type of pasta you are making.
now put Ester on top your pasta am put black lunes and red dots AND roll your pasta ,
cut in small strips and its done :)

Step 5: Cooking Pasta

To cook the pasta fresh, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fresh pasta and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Fresh pasta reaches the al dente stage very quickly, so be ready.
