Homemade Smoked Ham and Olives Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

375g flour

200g smoked ham

200g mozzarella cheese

150g olives

100g sieved tomatoes

a half pack yeast

2 spoons oil

oregano, salt, pepper, sugar

Step 1: Preparation

Put the flour in a kitchen aid. Give the yeast in 250ml warm water and a teaspoon sugar and mix it. Give the yeast mix, the oil, a pinch of salt and oregano to the flour and mix it. Lay the dough on flour and knead it seriosly. Put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let the dough grow for an hour. Mix the sieved tomatoes with a bit oregano, salt, pepper & a pinch of sugar. Roll out the dough with a pastry roller and a bit flour. Put the dough on baking paper and on a plate. Give a bit tomato sauce on the dough and a layer of smoked ham. Add sliced olives.

Step 2: Finish

Scatter mozzarella cheese on top and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. The pizza need´s about 20 minutes to enjoy.

    I do this every other saturday when I have my kids. I Slowly introduce the pizza spices and one day they will accept the olives! It's cheap and the kids (8 and 5½ yo) can help making it, so it is an activity too. Plus I decide what I put in, so it doesn't have to be unhealthy. Thanks for sharing!
