Introduction: Homemade Tic-tac-toe Board

I will be showing you how to create a homemade tic-tac-toe board at home if you have any leftover wood that you don't know what to do with.

**Disclaimer**

the following product might call for parental advisory and on step 6 you may wish to do whatever you like for the pieces to fit on the board to play

Step 1: Materials

the tools you will need are

1. a good clamp

2. a ruler for measuring

3. a hand saw

4. a file

Step 2: Board

Find a piece of wood and cut it down to an 8" x 8" square to begin your project

Step 3: Creating Your Board

then proceed to make markings for where you are going to cut according to an original tic-tac-toe board

Step 4: Cutting

after marking your board then proceed to start scoring your board with the hand saw to make those deep groves and then file it down to make the edges look more clean

Step 5: The Holes

after you have scored and filed down the outline of your board then drill holes in the middle of each square so you can fit pegs inside them to place your pieces with the size of your choice of course.

Step 6: The Finishing Product

to finish off the product find pegs or dow rods that will fit in your holes you drilled and then cut them down to appropriate sizes to fit them onto pieces that you can make out of the scrap/leftover wood you cut out. (I made cut-outs with a lazer cutter you can do this another way)
