Step 1: Step 1
Get a used up toilet paper or paper towel tube or a cardboard tube with a similar diameter.
Step 2: Step 2
Next, get a regular balloon and cut the "neck" so about 1 1/2 centimeters of it snugly fit over the cardboard tube.
Step 3: Step 3
Now just tape the balloon to the cardboard tube with electrical or hockey or duct tape. Whatever you have available should work fine. Make sure the balloon is over the tube by at least like 1/2 an inch.
Step 4: Ammo and Shooting
This baby can shoot just about anything. It is very powerful though, it can shoot projectiles at very high velocities so use extreme caution when firing. Never point it at anybody but I support shooting squirrels with needle tipped wooden skewer arrows and such. Seriously, just today I shot a homemade skewer arrow and never found it. I approximate it went over 100 feet. Have fun and be safe!
