Introduction: Hot Chorizo Empanadas With Goat Cheese Recipe
1 portion pizza dough
300g hot chorizo
200g feta cheese
50g tomatoe paste
salt, pepper & paprika

Step 1: The Filling
Peel the chorizo & the onions and cut it in pieces. Fry them with a bit oil in a hot pan and scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it. When it looks good give tomatoe paste to it and stir a few minutes. Put it in a bowl and crumble goat cheese to it. Add the parsley and mix everything.
Step 2: Preparation
Roll out the dough and prick out round pieces. Place a bit filling on it and form a bag out of it. Close the bag with a fork and make a few hole on the top.
Step 3: Finish
Place them on an oven plate and brush them with egg yolk. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes. Now grab a few and enjoy. Look at my other work.
